With ACLE 2026 just around the corner, Dongguan Chengyin Silicone Tech Co., Ltd. is preparing to meet leather manufacturers, material suppliers, brands and product developers in Shanghai.

From September 1–3, 2026, we will be exhibiting at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC), Hall E5, Booth D1a.

At our booth, visitors will be able to see both finished silicone leather samples and the liquid silicone raw materials used to manufacture silicone leather.

Finished Silicone Leather Samples

We will bring a variety of silicone leather samples to ACLE 2026 so visitors can directly experience the material.

The samples will demonstrate different:

• Surface textures and patterns
• Thicknesses
• Softness and hand feel
• Matte and other surface effects
• Colors and appearances

Seeing and touching the actual leather samples makes it easier to understand how different silicone formulations and coating structures can affect the final product.

Silicone leather can be developed for applications such as automotive interiors, furniture, upholstery, footwear, bags, fashion accessories and consumer products.

Liquid Silicone Materials for Silicone Leather

In addition to finished leather samples, we will also display the liquid silicone materials used in silicone leather production.

Depending on the leather structure and manufacturing process, different silicone materials may be used for different coating layers, such as:

• Top coat silicone
• Middle coat silicone
• Base coat silicone
• Surface treatment materials

Different customers may require different viscosity, softness, surface feel, coating performance or curing conditions.

For this reason, the silicone formulation can be adjusted according to the customer’s substrate, equipment, production process and desired final effect.
