BCB-9 is a semi-silicone surface treatment agent designed for water-based and oil-based solvent-free synthetic leather systems. It provides a dry-touch hand feel and good anti-soiling performance. The formulation also features good adhesion and anti-poisoning capability, helping ensure stable curing and reliable performance in production.

Mixing & Application (Typical)

• System: Two-component
• Mixing ratio: CPT-2000 (curing agent) : BCB-9 = 4 : 100
• Mix thoroughly and use after vacuum deaeration (recommended)
• Diluent can be added as needed to adjust coating viscosity

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store in a cool, ventilated environment
• Shelf life: 9 months from the production date (unopened, properly stored)

Handling Notes

• Avoid contact with substances that may inhibit curing, such as amines, acids/alkalis, sulfur, phosphorus, tin compounds, and other catalyst-like materials
• If mixed material is not used up, seal tightly for storage
• In case of eye contact, rinse with clean water promptly and seek medical attention if necessary
• After full curing, the product is generally stable; normal skin contact should not cause chemical irritation
