1145B-9G is a base coat silicone designed for synthetic leather coating and substrate bonding. With lower viscosity and improved flowability, it supports efficient coating operations while forming a flat and stable base layer. The cured layer is eco-friendly and features a low-odor formulation.

Typical Applications

Designed for base-layer coating and bonding on substrates such as:

• Elastic or difficult-to-bond textile substrates (including relatively high oil-content substrates)

Mixing & Application (Typical)

• Mix thoroughly, then vacuum deaeration is recommended before use to remove bubbles
• Apply by coating methods suitable to your line (knife coating / roll coating, etc.)

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store in a cool, ventilated environment
• Shelf life: 12 months from the production date (unopened, properly stored)

Handling Notes

• Avoid contact with substances that may inhibit curing, such as amines, acids/alkalis, sulfur, phosphorus, tin compounds, and other catalyst-like materials
• If mixed material is not used up, seal tightly for storage
• In case of eye contact, rinse with clean water promptly and seek medical attention if necessary
• After full curing, the product is generally stable; normal skin contact should not cause chemical irritation
