Product Overview

Underwire Replacement Silicone Strip is a two-component (A/B) silicone system developed for creating silicone support strips that replace traditional bra underwires. Applied by automatic injection dispensing, it forms stable strip structures with strong bonding durability and excellent rebound.

After curing, the strip maintains its shape with a pronounced 3D profile, helping prevent fabric deformation and improving structural support in intimate apparel.

Recommended Process (Typical)

A) Regular bonding strip (similar to screen-coating effect)

Process: Automatic injection dispensing strip → Laminate fabric
Curing: 100°C × 10 min
Typical thickness: < 2 mm
Result: Similar to brushed-coating bonding effect, clean and stable

B) Reinforcement rib (support strip / underwire replacement)

Process: Automatic injection dispensing strip → Light press with sponge → Laminate fabric
Curing: 130°C × 10 min
Result: After curing, the strip does not collapse, keeps strong 3D volume, and the fabric remains stable without deformation
